Seva is working with CAST Architecture to support the City of Tukwila with updating residential design standards to comply with changes to state law and modernize residential design standards. This will support additional, attractive residential development and provide clear expectations for developers and staff reviewers. Key deliverables include zoning amendments and design standards for middle housing in compliance with recent state laws, informed by an analysis of neighborhood context and potential development scenarios.
